All sales made through Top Tier Galleria are final. Please review product details, sizing information, and order confirmations carefully before completing your purchase.

Size Exchanges

We understand that sizing can vary. If you need a different size, we offer size swaps only, subject to availability.

• Please include your order number, item name, and requested size

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with size exchanges

Size exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on available inventory at the time your request is processed.

No Returns or Refunds

• We do not accept returns for refunds

• We do not offer refunds for pre-order or premade items

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at toptiergallleria@gmail.com with clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
