Product Availability & Orders

Top Tier Galleria offers both pre-order and premade items.

  • Pre-order items are produced after purchase and require additional processing time. Estimated shipping time for pre-order items is 3–6 weeks.

  • Premade items are in stock and ship within 1 week of purchase.

All timelines are estimates and may vary due to production, logistics, or unforeseen delays.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these timelines.

Shipping Updates

Shipping and fulfillment updates will be shared via the brand’s Instagram Stories. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

  • We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to size exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to request photo evidence before determining a resolution.

Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details, including sizing and shipping address, are correct at checkout. Top Tier Galleria is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
